Cocktail Recipe: Summer's Zest by Sipping with Bri

As you probably know by now, creating cocktails and taking classy photos are not our strong suits. Our strengths lie in making the spirits for more talented folks than us to play with. One of those talented folks is Sipping With Bri - an Ontario-based Instagram mixologist who's strong where we're weak. She's got a lovely photographic eye - so be sure to follow her for more dreamy cocktail & wine snaps!


One of the great things about Gin Twenty-One is that its higher than normal abv - 46% - gives it a higher concentration of flavour. It's not as diluted as most gins on the market. This means it stands up really well in cocktails with really flavourful ingredients - like Campari and grapefruit juice. Bri's latest creation is a light, quick, and refreshing.


Level of difficulty: so easy that even Don could make it.




Summer’s Zest

  • 1 oz. Campari

  • 1 oz. Last Straw Gin 21

  • 1 Bar Spoon of Simple Syrup (or to preference)

  • Add ice

  • 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

  • Top with Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade

Enjoy with friends.
