Campfire season is upon us, so our friend & Instagram mixologist Mixology_Matt whipped us up (literally) this smokin' new cocktail recipe using our Cafe Fresco cold brew espresso liqueur.
Level of difficulty: Beginner
Smores Meets Espresso
Crush 2 Biscotti cookies, and use maple syrup to rim a coupe glass.
Pour into a cocktail shaker:
1.5oz Vaughan Vodka
1.5oz Last Straw Distillery Cafe Fresco liqueur
0.5oz maple syrup
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Shake for 20-30 seconds. Double strain into the rimmed coupe.
Garnish with a freshly toasted marshmallow, and enjoy!
