We're Ontario's "little distillery that could". One of Ontario's smallest production distilleries, Last Straw was born of a love of spirits, and has persevered through whatever challenges have come our way.

Everything we do, we've learned by doing, without the use of outside consultants.

What comes of the still, goes in the bottle. We don't adulterate our spirits with artificial colours, flavours, or added sugar.

We do everything by hand - from slinging bags of flour for our whiskies, stirring the mash in our fermenters, grinding botanicals for our gin, to filling bottles.

We aspire to source from as close to Vaughan as possible - ingredients from farmers with regenerative practices, services and supplies from from community-focused businesses.

We're focused on what goes in the bottle, not what's on it. When you buy a bottle of Last Straw spirits, you're not paying for fancy packaging or marketing gimmicks. We think our spirits speak for themselves.
